Gentle Liver Detox Tea Recipe (Natural and Nourishing)

This gentle liver detox tea is a nourishing herbal blend designed to support the body’s natural detox pathways. Made with mineral-rich and supportive herbs, it is perfect for daily use or seasonal resets.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup dandelion root
  • 1/4 cup dandelion leaf
  • 1/4 cup nettle leaf
  • 1/4 cup green tea
  • 2 tablespoons licorice root
Optional ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons holy basil
  • 2 tablespoons cleavers

Method
 

  1. Add all herbs to a large mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Transfer the blend to an airtight glass jar for storage.
  2. To brew, use 1 tablespoon of the herbal blend per 1 cup of hot water. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the herbs and pour into your favorite mug. Enjoy warm.
Optional Additions
  1. Add raw honey for a touch of sweetness. Add fresh lemon juice for a bright, refreshing flavor.

Store your herbal tea blend in a cool, dry place away from sunlight to maintain freshness.
For a caffeine-free version, omit the green tea and replace it with additional nettle or holy basil.
