Method
- Heat water to just under boiling using a tea kettle or pot.
- Add herbs to a cup or infuser and pour the hot water over them.
- Steep 8–10 minutes.
- Strain the herbs.
- Sweeten with honey if desired.
- Sip slowly and enjoy.

- Steep for a few extra minutes for a stronger cup of apple mint and lemon balm calm tea.
- Add extra mint leaves for a brighter, fresher flavor.
- Increase the lemon balm slightly for deeper relaxation.
- Brew stronger if you plan to chill and serve it over ice.
- A touch of raw honey adds gentle sweetness, though it’s completely optional.
